The flat opens on to the rear garden of the property with access and parking to the rear of the property. There is a maisonette above which is accessed from the road to the front.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen/diner. The living rooms leads off the kitchen (with bed settee and colour TV) and beyond is the bathroom (bath with shower above) and large bedroom (with double bed and bunk beds).

The flat will be ready by 4.pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.30 on the day of departure (we can usually be flexible with these times subject to prior arrangement)

The flat has gas central heating but an additional electric fire will also be provided. The gas and electricity meters will be read at the start and end of your stay and charges made accordingly at the standard domestic rate.

The garden has a decked patio area and is equipped with garden furniture.

The flat is all on one level and has wide openings for wheel chair access (it would be suitable for a disabled person who has assistance) but has not been furnished with specialised fittings for the disabled.

Bed linen and duvets will be provided but not bathroom towels.

Aberystwyth is a lively cosmopolitan town and the ideal base for exploring the beautiful coastline and mountainous interior of Mid Wales.
