Plas Treforgan, a Grade II listed building, reputedly built by John Nash in 1785, today sits in over 16 acres of fields and beautiful gardens.
Our newly renovated self-catering cottages have been designed to provide luxurious and comfortable stay for individuals, familes or small groups. This will be your base to explore an area of outstanding beauty, steeped deep in Celtic history. You'll have access to both Cardigan Bay and the beautiful Teifi river which meanders out to sea - a favourite for local fishermen.
All rooms tastefully decorated and furnished with antiques and collectables. Modern facilities: showers, central heating, washing machines, digital TV, mini-hifi and kitchen utilities - are provided. Pets may be accepted at discretion of Plas Treforgan - please enquire in advance.
The Creamery:Formerly old dairy with exposed beams, period furniture and collectables. Quaint and comfortable, The Creamery is centrally heated. Windows overlook cobbled courtyard with herb boxes, sleeps 4.
The Stables:Formerly stable, cowshed and shepherd's cottage, The Stables is larger with exposed beams, high ceilings, period furniture and collectables. Centrally heated and overlooks cobbled courtyard and open field. The Stables also boasts own conservatory, a favourite spot to sit and relax. Sleeps 5-7 including sofa bed.
Area:Close to Pembrokeshire Coastal path, Preseli hills, and Cilgeran Wildlife Centre. An area rich in interest for walkers, fisherman, birdwatchers & painters.
