An excellent base for touring, birdwatching, cycling, walking and fishing. 3 miles from the small market and university town of Lampeter for good shops, great pubs, fine restaurants and amenities. Only 12 miles to the beautiful Cardigan coast where dolphins can be seen. Golf, pony trekking, cycling, sailing, fishing all available nearby. Fantastic scenery, abundance of wildlife and wonderful walks on the doorstep with numerous attractions only a short drive away.

Local pub with restaurant within walking distance 0.75 miles away. University town of Lampeter 3 miles away where shops, pubs, restaurants, chemist, post-office, leisure center can be found.

Large lounge with woodburning stove, colour wide screen digital TV, DVD player, video, radio, stereo/CD player, fully fitted kitchen/dining room with tiled floor, utility room with downstairs toilet and basin, washer/dryer, deep freeze and ironing facilities.
