It is ideally located to tour Ceredigion, visit its many attractions and see the natural beauty of the coastline on your doorstep. The beach in Llanrhystyd is only 3 miles away from the caravan and great for taking lovely long walks along the shore or even trying to catch some cardigan bay mackerel off the beach at high tide.
The caravan is a 30ft x 10ft Willerby Leven caravan and has 2 bedrooms, a spacious lounge / dining area, kitchen and bathroom. It has lovely views across our 54 acres of land and has a lawned area in front to sit out and enjoy the peace and quiet of the valley or for the children to play on the swings and slide that we have provided for their enjoyment.
It is set in the grounds of our 17th century (c.1634) mansion, Mabws Hall and is at the end of the scenic Mabws Valley. The house is believed to be one of the oldest houses in Ceredigion and was built before the village of Llanrhystyd. The caravan is suited to Couples, families and groups alike looking for solitude and peace and quiet or for the more energetic, an activity based holiday.
The farm is a working farm and we currently breed donkeys and coloured horses, all of which you are welcome to come and feed them with their favourite ginger bisuits! There are donkeys in a small paddock at the end of the lawn in front of the caravan. Watch the Red Kites come & swoop down onto the lawn in front of the caravan and help feed them!
