The house sleeps 2-4 in one double and one twin bedroom.

Accommodation:
Lounge with twin sofas, TV with VCR and DVD player.
Modern fitted kitchen with fan oven, halogen hob, automatic washing machine, microwave and heater. Fully equipped with all cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils.
Dining room with table and chairs which opens onto rear patio and garden.
Hallway with payphone and freezer.
Large double bedroom and twin bedroom.
Bathroom with bath and electric shower over.

Rooms are heated by electric storage heaters or radiators.
All bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside:
Aelin has a private cottage-style garden filled with birds and other wildlife.
To the front of the house are trees, shrubs and small lawned areas with a little wildlife pond. There is a pathway and decked area to the side of the house. To the rear is a secluded, walled patio with BBQ and garden furniture, shaded by a large grapevine - a fantastic place for breakfast in the early morning sun, BBQs or just to relax with a glass of wine or mug of coffee. There is a grassy terrace above with a hammock, accessed by steps from the patio.

There is private parking outside the house for one car. Additional parking is available nearby.

The Area:
Aberystwyth is a seaside University town and is well-provided with a range of shops, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, cinema and museum. The long seafront has two swimming beaches.
