Glyncoch is a working smallholding with horses, sheep, goats, chickens & ducks. Nestled off the road 1 mile from the A487, 16 miles from the local market town Cardigan. Ideally situated less than 3 miles from the sandy beach at Llangranog and only half a mile from Cwmrhydneudd golf course which offers a challenge to even experienced players. An ideal base for many sporting/adventure activities. The 5 star WTB cottage is a converted stone built stable and retains many original features. It sleeps 6 in 1 double and 2 twin rooms, one of which is on the ground floor. A cot and high chair are available on request. Good quality bedding is provided and the beds are made up for your arrival.
The large farmhouse kitchen has slate tiled floor and beamed ceiling and is fitted with pine units. It is fully equiped with built in oven and hob, dish washer, washing mashine, microwave, large fridge/freezer iron & ironing board etc. The dining area is within the kitchen.
The cottage has the benefit of full central heating and log burning stove.
On the first floor there is a fully fitted bathroom suite with power shower and located on the ground floor is a second WC and cloakroom.
The comfortably furnished lounge has beamed ceilings, feature stone walls, fitted carpets, Sky TV and DVD. French windows open onto a private patio area with Bar b q. It is a natural suntrap. The garden also has a large grassed area thats well fenced. We welcome well behaved pets. A perfect spot to just relax or explore.
