Large sitting room with electric fire and TV/Video/Satellite. This peaceful rural location is close to a Red Kite feeding station, so excellent Kite spotting! Garage shop ¾ mile, village pubs/meals 2½ miles or so; 8 miles north of Lampeter and within easy driving distance of Aberystwyth and Devils Bridge. A member of the owner's family lives in a self-contained annexe to the far side.
